Then, according to the size and position of the drawing, the gear box of the main machine, the support seat, the intelligent steel strand, the paper wrapping head, the steel wrapping head, the traction wheel and other components are arranged in an orderly manner.

Cable-forming machineEach unit adopts local lubrication. 30-40 oil should be filled in the gear reduction box, and the oil level should be observed from the oil hole frequently, and the oil in the box should be replaced. Calcium-based grease shall be added to the bearings of each transmission shaft, and lubricating oil shall be added to the box. The lifting worm gear box has been in production for 1000 hours. Each gear box is cleaned and replaced with new oil every 12 months. There are relative moving parts (chute, screw rod, open gear pair, etc.), which are refueled once per shift before production and lubricate the grease once a year.
Cable-forming machineCheck the oil level of the gearbox once a month. If the oil level is lower than the oil line, add new oil. Before each shift, check that the fastening screws of the wireframe gland are loose and tightened. One month after the production of the cable machine, check whether the feet and screws are loose. Once it is found to be fastened in time, whether the moving parts are abnormal, and whether the winch cage runs smoothly, check and adjust the support wheels to ensure the operation of the winch cage.
